About the workshop:

Learn Any Song by Ear

This workshop teaches the basics of the Circle of Fifths and how when combined with a basic ukulele tuner the participant can learn any song that they want to play. This workshop is suitable for all levels, including beginners, because we don’t need to be able to play the songs well at this stage; we’re just learning to identify the chords we hear as they are played on a recording. Materials needed for this workshop are a chromatic tuner and a copy of the Circle of Fifths. Handouts are provided.
